Dr. David Lipsy - Adjunct Professor of Pastoral Theology
Dr. Lipsy is the pastor of Heritage Reformed Congregation of Conway, Arkansas. After attending Rutgers College of Pharmacy for 4 years, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, a Master of Divinity from Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry in Counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary (Philadelphia, PA). He has completed introductory and advanced certificate programs in Biblical Counseling at the Christian Counseling and Education Foundation (CCEF). He has been married to his wife Ruth for 43 years, and they are blessed with 8 children and 35 grandchildren.
